Really excellent service! I went this morning for some help with keys and, I believe his name was Steve (sorry, If I got the name wrong), was so wonderful and helpful that our business will be going to this company now for all of our lock/key services. Thanks so much! I work in a customer service business, so to get this level of service is greatly appreciated and now you have a customer for life!

The measure of a company isn’t always the excellent service they provide at first, but how they recover from a misstep. When I first had an interaction with LockUp, it was fantastic. The service person was personable knowledgeable and seemingly fixed my problem right away. Less than a week after the problem was fixed, however, it reappeared. I called back to have them come “fix the fix” which would be a service call not a revenue generating call necessarily. It took a couple of days for them to come out. Which was frustrating. I expressed my frustration in this medium, and the general manager replied right away apologetically. This demonstrated to me that LockUp truly values customers and service. We can’t always get it right the first time, but it’s what we do when we don’t that really counts. I do believe I can trust LockUp to make sure that I am as reasonably happy as can be.

Had to call in a emergency fix for a commercial office job and am kicking myself we didn't find Lock Up in the first place. Ron, Cassandra and the rest of the team were professional, efficient and most importantly did the job right. Won't be hesitating to use their services again.

Dude will come to YOU and make the key. Very professional and quick. Needed a spare key for my new vehicle. Did it in basically 5 minutes. Would clone again
